    ASSISTANT TO OFFICE MANAGER

    Full time for Assistant to Office Manager for busy Finance Broking Office.

    Are you well organised and pay attention to detail?

    Would you like to work in modern, new offices in Leederville side of West Perth (10 minutes from train station and 2 minutes to bus stop)?

    Salary range - depending on experience $45,000 - $55,000 plus super

    Position Description

    Assist the office manager in the smooth running of the office and the company finances.

    Key responsibilities are:

    • Calculation and reconciliation of commissions  
    • Maintain insurances and statutory memberships and subscriptions
    • General office duties
    • Assist with management of Directors rental properties
    • Support Office Manager including vacation relief
    • Prepare and maintain staff leave register
    • Assist in MYOB entries

    Essential Criteria:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in an office admin role
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills
    • Strong command of English grammar and spelling
    • Minimum 2 years experience with MS Office products with strong proficiency in MS Excel

    Preferred Criteria:

    • Background in Finance, Banking or Accounting industries
    • Experience in MYOB or Quickbooks or other software accounting package

    Behaviours Required:

    • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
    • Organised and be able to "think" outside the square
    • Attention to detail
    • Service focused and willing to learn
    • Honesty and integrity and positive outlook
    • Articulate and well mannered
