I bought 2 houses in 2009 and was recommended by my real estate agent to use Tanya Stapleton as my mortgage broker. It has to be said till this day it was the best piece of advice I was given through the whole process.
I was only 20 years of age at this time and the whole process of buying a house was a very overwhelming prospect. Tanya took care of everything and I would say probably did more then what was expected of her. I did not have to stress about anything during the entire process as I received constant updates and after meeting with her the first time knew it was in very capable hands.
